Mastic and Silicone Sealant Services for Homes and Businesses
From a single shower tray to a full commercial package, our team provides mastic and silicone sealant services for homeowners, landlords, businesses and contractors across London, the South East, the Midlands, the East of England and the South. Every service below has its own page, with the detail on what we do and how we do it.
Bathroom and kitchen sealant services
Most people find us by searching for a mastic man near me when the seal round the bath has gone black or the shower tray has started to leak. Bathrooms and kitchens are the jobs we do most for homeowners and landlords: we cut out every trace of old silicone, clean off mould and residue, dry the joint and apply fresh, mould-resistant sealant with a neat tooled finish.

Mastic and sealant services: common questions
What is the best sealant for a bathroom?
For baths and showers, a sanitary silicone with mould resistance is usually best. We choose the product to suit the surface and how much the joint moves.
Why does mould come back on silicone?
Mould on silicone usually returns when the old sealant was not fully removed or the joint was sealed damp. We remove it all and treat the joint first.
Do you offer silicone removal on its own?
Yes, but most customers combine silicone removal with a fresh reseal, as the joint is then clean and ready.
Do you work for both homes and businesses?
Yes. We provide domestic, commercial and industrial sealant services, from one bathroom to a full construction package.
